Are you not sure why you have signed up for a particular course? How many seminars are too many seminars? Which ones should you be signing up for? If you have been thinking along these lines then maybe it is time for a detox.
It’s time to come clean!
If you not sure why you are signing up for all of these seminars, or if you don’t even have clarity on your goals yet, then proceed with even more caution, you are only going to get more confused.
It must be real and true for you before you can build on your business. You can’t keep leaning but never implementing, it will take hard work, time, energy, clear goals, focus and strategy, so don’t go jumping into everything that sounds good to you and hoping for miracles.
There are some seminars/coaching programmes that have great content on their own merit. I am even referring people to some of them. Please feel free to share your seminar experiences with me.
Have you been to any great (or not so great) seminars lately? I would love to hear from you.
PS. Look out for my next blog in the seminar junkie series.
It’s time to come clean!
- Be clear on what your ultimate goal for your life and business is
- Identify the skills you need to learn
- Understand your reasons behind taking a specific course or seminar
- Establish a realistic time frame for achieving your goals
- Have a very clear idea in your mind about how much you can afford to spend on seminars
- Have clarity on what your are trying to achieve in life and through your business
- Remember that finding personal fulfillment is more sustainable than just chasing money
- Be honest and realistically about how many seminars and coaching sessions you can handle
- To keep your life dreams on track you must understand your overall life and business goals
- Check that your budget will still leave you with the resources for actual implementation
- Make sure you are not splitting your time, energy and focus too many ways.
